The Senate voted unanimously, 100–0, and the House followed with a 420–3 vote. Three Republicans, Reps. Marjorie Taylor Greene, Matt Gaetz and Thomas Massie, voted no.A rare issue of agreement between the two parties, the bill was initially approved by the House last month, with a vote of 424–8.
