Officials say about 15 to 30 shots rang out near the northwest corner of the White House after a suspect reportedly pulled a gun from a bag and opened fire in the general direction of the building before being quickly subdued by U.S. Secret Service. FBI Director Kash Patel confirmed federal agents were also on scene and actively investigating the incident.
