The Supreme Court begins its October Term 2026 with several major cases on the docket.
OAN Chief Political Correspondent John Hines breaks down Viramontes v. Cook County, a Second Amendment case involving restrictions on AR-15-platform and similar semiautomatic rifles.
The Court is scheduled to hear arguments in the consolidated cases in December. The justices will also consider other major constitutional and legal questions during the new term.
